Adam T. Mandell

FOUNDER OF LEGAL ALLY

In 2008, Adam joined a well-established law firm based in Albany, New York as an Associate Attorney. His dedication to advocacy led to his involvement in cases of medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial disputes, construction litigation, and trusts & estate litigation. In 2015, he was named Partner and has since carried on in his fight for client justice.

Currently, Adam serves on the Board of Directors at RUPCO, a non-profit organization focusing on housing and community engagement. He teaches as an adjunct professor at Western New England University School of Law – with courses on both medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. In addition, Adam serves as a delegate to the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) House of Delegates and as a Board Member of the Ulster County Bar Association.

Prior to his work as a trial attorney, Adam’s role as congressional aide to Congressman Barry Frank of Massachusetts provided him deep insight into public policy, advocacy, and civil rights issues. This experience shaped Adam, as a committed advocate for people who historically may not have had access or experience with working with an attorney.

Adam graduated cum laude from Western New England College School of Law and Hobart College. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Across his journey, Adam has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Upstate New York Super Lawyers Magazine and subsequently as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of Personal Injury.
